Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Better Agent Skills: this website, the BAS app, the bas command line tool and the API they use. By using them you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Organization admins decide who belongs to their organization and its teams.

Your skills

You keep all rights to the skills you publish. You give us the right to store them and to deliver them to the people the visibility you chose allows. Publish only what you have the right to share, and never secrets.

Skills from others

Skills tell agents what to do, and we do not review them. Read a skill before you install it, and install skills only from people and repositories you trust. You can mark a version you published as bad or roll it back at any time.

Acceptable use

• No malware, or skills that tell agents to harm the machine they run on or anyone else.
• No content that is illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.
• No attempts to read other people's private skills or reports, or to overload the service.

The service

The service is free and provided as is, without warranties. We may change or stop parts of it, and we may remove skills or accounts that break these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

When these terms change we update this page and the date below. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
